Participant Lists

How the Lists Work:
Participants appear on the list(s) for which they enrolled. If you enrolled in "ALL" or in more than one age/grade category, your participant entry will appear on more than one list.

EVERY participant is listed on both the "Mailing List" and the "E-Mail List." This means that all participants will receive both "snail mail" postcards and "electronic" postcards. This is not a choice. You may choose to SEND whichever type of card you wish (including a combination of electronic and snail mail cards).

The "Mailing List" lists are in mailing label format. These lists include mailing information for participants in each category (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 and ALL). They can be printed on mailing labels to simplify the process of sending "snail mail" cards.
The "E-Mail" lists are for participants who are sending electronic cards (they do not include postal mailing information).
Don't be "Missing in ACTION!"
When the project begins, our mailing list will also begin. You should receive a daily message (or at least one message a week) from this list. If you receive no messages, your e-mail address is not working. This causes problems for our e-mail participants as well as preventing you from receiving any electronic postcards.

If you believe your address is correct but you realize that you are not receiving the listserv, please work with your system administrator to ensure that the existing address works reliably. By clicking on the signature below, you may send me mail, as well. Thank you!
