Clipping from American Magazine 1941

The article begins, "Most mothers try to keep kids away from firearms. But not Mrs. Harrell V. Noble of Cincinnati, Ohio, America's best woman pistol-shot." During the 1930s and 1940s, Rosalind Noble was a competitor in many shooting matches. It was a hobby for her and her husband. One of the things they instilled in all of their children was safety and a respect for guns. There were never any loaded guns in the house.
